AM AOA Middle Champs at Sandy McNabb at 1:10000. Good course, would have liked it to be a bit longer and more controls. Had a great run. A few hesitation to make sure and one hook to #7, also ran past the last control because I was running to the end of the flagging. Felt good but would have like to be able to push the pace a bit more. Knee pretty good. Nice out around 20C. Course distance 4.6km. 1st.

PM Relay at Sandy McNabb at 1:7500. Ran two legs. Map wasn't good at all in this area, a few mistakes in the same spot on both legs. This kind of threw everything off. Still lots of fun. Nice out 20C ish.

PM Sprint otervals at MRU at 1:4000.6x1kmish R2'. Felt ok, legs a bit tired but managed a good pace, would have liked to be a bit faster though. Knee was ok. Good technically, one 8s mistake where I took a wrong turn and had to turn around. Nice 15C, E 15 km/h.

PM FWOC Wednesday night meet at Cochrane Ranche at 1:5000. Decent orienteering, I think the map is a bit off in some places. Lost a bit too much time #4-1min just didn't see the control between the cliffs but should have known, #12-1min didn't read the map enough and though it was higher than it was, maybe should have taken the road. Otherwise pretty good. Knee ok. Nice out 16C.

PM Intervals at Foothills with Jess and Mike, 800m r4', 1km r3:30', 800m r4', 800m r4', 800m R8' 2x150m r3'. Turned out to be quite a bit of rest but for the better being my first time doing intervals at the track in awhile. Felt pretty good, better than I thought I would, knee was good but a tad sore after. Pretty happy with the times for the first workout in awhile. Nice out 21C, N wind at 12 km/h.

PM Sprint training at Ranchlands at 1:4000. Michael's course, pretty short but just what I needed. Nice to be back on a map. Definitely felt the elevation and jet lag. Felt ok, knee a bit sore. Decent, one micro route choice mistake 5s, otherwise good. Nice out 19C, light wind.
