Middle race 35min (Very poor race I wasnt 100% focused and therefore planned some bad legs which lead to 1min + of mistakes on a fairly easy course, also I could really notice the fatigue of nearly 2 weeks of O and just couldnt get up to speed in the latter part of the course. I was 7th out of 8- 2-3 min down on the winner

Took me 2 goes to get across and couldn't make it back (uphill)
