I could have had a better run but I was treating it too much like a running race and not thinking it through, navigation wise. I made loads of stupid mistakes costing about 4-5minutes.

The most intense lesson yet and the las BMX for a while, we did some final races and I would have come first in the B Final but I kept loosing the peddles and therefore off balance especially on the last straight where I lost the lead

FINALLY finished Canklow planning.... It got very confusing at the end with all the different maps but it'll be fun putting all the ctrls out, a good score =) and im dead chuffed with the green.

It was a downhill race, not very far but it had a mean ending where in 100m flat u climbed at least 50m. I wasn't going fast compared to the others but I gained on the downhill at the beginning to finnish 7th in the end. Next week is the final and I need to finish in the top 5 to qualify for the Rotherham team.

I have training-run-aphobia or hate of training runs so my new months resolution (?) is to always go on a run or walk whenever anyone asks if I want to go. And if I don't Ill be named and shamed on AP and u can all laugh at me! (....)

Im also gonna map a local wood roughly to do family night'o events as training =P shouldn't be too hard

I got my Tour Report!! I think it was OK but that may be me just comparing it to last years where they just said 'your terrible at this rubbish at that and rely on this too much'....

It was slightly confusing too because it said ' Blah blah (max 10):
This: 6
That: 4'

Is that 4/10 and 6/10 or 10/20 or 10/10 ???

It was definatly better than last years though because it suggested ways to improve mentally and physically (training). It basicly said I had everything needed to be an ace orienteer but i need to know when to put them into practice and organise a propper training (which Ive been working to do but I had these stomach pains whenever I run, so im gonna see my GP)

Though I doubt ill get selected for the team because i did crap in the tour races and got 8/20 for the coaches report which i thought was slightly harsh cus i tried realy hard all week...
