SYO training on Loxley Common. 'twas good =]
I did the 'hard' warm-up, which wasn't so hard, then a 1:2000 simplification exercise which was good apart from 5 where I took the wrong route and missed it because of the bracken. After that I did a bearings exercise and a route choice exercise which went well.
The last thing was a relay, i was in team me-ryan-yasmin(e?). We set of in the mass start wrong way cus the coaches tricked us. I ended up getting to 1 first then leading most of the course until 9 where i did a parallel path error and I was looking for the wrong feature. Zac and Aidan overtook me but I overtook Zac to win by two meters at the end =)
