Crap run, Matt E caught me up at 2 and left me. I couldn't keep running and had to walk loads so i was miles down the results so im quite annoyed. SYO didnt do very well as Alex, Cari, Ronan and Rachel couldn't come and most of everyone that went did poorly.

British Night Champion M18!

It was a nice flat area, a bit vague in places. I was really slow going round and had to walk a control because of a stitch, later in the course I my leg was hurting but I ran through it. Made about 2-3min of mistakes and was very hesitant on 3 controls. Caught Tom Louth at 14 but lost him going to 15, still beat him by 3 minutes and I was 1st! Im not sure what happened to the others but tom said he made a few 2 minute errors.
