Orienteering race (Whitbarrow black) 1:13:55 [3] *** 10.9 km (6:47 / km) +345m 5:51 / km
spiked:19/21c (sick) shoes: Brooks CASCADIA 5

I quite enjoyed my first black course, I actually wanted to do another 3+km or so :P It was fun. The must have changed the guidelines since I last used them to plan an event, I'm pretty sure black used to be 12+km? Or have I got that wrong.
My cough didn't bother me much on the run, but the illness has developed a bit since I have got home :S
Mistakes (Im being really picky here)-
1-5s RC
3-30s Got on the wrong side of some bushes 150m before the control, so had to run past the control to get round to it.
9-5s Off bearing :L
10-20s Slow going through the bushes
13-I was pretty slow on this, no mistakes though other than getting trapped between 2 crags.
16&17- Lost a lot of time because I walked all the way up the hill.
19-10s RC change to avoid cows.
20-10s That closer control threw me slightly.

I guessed everything for this because no-one else put any detail in their logs...
Did some corridor, one ctrl on windows, some micro (sort-of)head to head races, terraining. Not much really. The cough was bothering me most of the time so I couldn't have done much more if I had wanted.
