I haven't run regularly in years, and half the time I run I trigger my IT band or back or something. I took it really gently today running back from work after a 12 hour shift (day 2 of 10). I want to get back strong all round fitness, so I will be running more, gymming more, and when my cycling stuff arrives on Australia I will be cycling more.
