Had a break trying to get back in the kayak after getting sent flying from a speed boat!

easy run with 3 5min efforts at around half marathon pace. First time with harder running in probably over a year and my ankle held out fine.
Pace on the efforts was around 7min/mile and avg HR around 155, max 170.
