shoes: Nike Zoom Structure 12
2 x 3 x 600m
for the first three i only ran sub 2:05
second three were a lot quicker at sub 2:00
had 7:00 rest in between sets.
i was very pleased with the second set, really pushed hard for the last one and definitely felt it.
after doing not much last week it feels great to be back into it :) :)
