I played a really bad game and didn't score :(
(this would be about the first time in 14 games that i haven't scored)
the score was 1-1 so it wasn't so bad
but the only goal we scored was a dottie
had a good training session. fair bit of running and a bit of technical so it tired me out a bit.
forgot to stretch after though an now my legs r really stiff :(
o-well.
a very short run today, it was at night though. just ran down to the shops an back after tea. it felt pretty good on the legs. First time i've been for a run since the camp.
