challenging though, as this is my first real time
i usually play striker so bit of a change
unfortunately we lost 3-1 :(

X-country run for zone.
5 km track at glendale school
This track is soooooooooo crazy and dangerous. At one point u have to run up a basically vertical dirt wall and the ground is very loose w. big rocks.
But despite this i had a realy good run and came 2nd in the 15's.
I don't know my time, shame, but i am realy pleased w. the result. :D

i couldn't really run this arvo after the crazy x-country. and i have now hurt my knee again :(:(:(:(;(

Now i think i might slow down a little and let it heal properly.

Did almost the same run as i did at night except with Glen. It's great to have good company on training runs, Thanx Glen :) Wasn't too far, but i have x-country tomorrow so don't want to take it too hard. was still a good workout.

went for an early morning run with my dad at 6:30. Was very hard to get out of bed (dad had to drag me out. hehe) once i was out though it felt great. it takes time in the morning to get warmed up.
It was pretty hilly as well so that added to the workout.

QWent for a night run with my dad again and my bro. it was very very good.
I think the run this morning had loosened me up so it was easier to run. It was much better to run with other people, especially at night as it can get pretty scary.
The night run proved it's worth again.
It is soooo much more fun than running in daylight.
The only problem was that i noticed my knee was starting to hurt again which isn't good but i don't think that it's too much of a problem.
