Abseiling 6:00:00 [5] +75m

Today i did 5 more abseils
4 were 20m and the last one was 25m
(that one was scary)
One of the cliffs u had to hang over the edge without any support from the cliff face so u were just hanging about 15 m in the air
scary but very good view :)

(change climb to decline)

Abseiling 4:00:00 [4] +65m

Today i spent most of the morning learning how to abseil.
Then in the afternoon i went down to the 4 cliffs.
the first cliff was about 15 m and it was pretty scary when u ease ur self over the edge and look down.
The next 2 cliffs were both the same height and the last was 20 m.

was probably the second best thing i have ever done :)

And because i was abseiling: CHANGE THE CLIMB TO DECLINE.

went up to the mountain where the abseiling course was at about 8:00 pm
arrived at 9:00 and set up a giant marque to sleep in ( we had a patio heater inside as well to keep us warm) It was pretty awesome.
was sooooooooooo windy
but it was protected inside the marque so we had a good sleep.
everyone else doing the course had to sleep in cold tents hehehe, while we were inside with a heater.

For some reason i was realy tired today (must be all the hard work i'v been doing in the naplan hehe)
But seriously i just could not be bothered running or doing anything it was just terrible :(
It's OK though cause i'm going abseiling on weekend so it will give me a break from soccer.

Bike Ride (Street) 1:00:00 [5] 19.68 km (3:03 / km)

Rode my bike up around fishing point (very hilly)
There is practically no flats it's all just up and down (the down part is fun)
At the top of fishing point there is the most amazing view. u can see the whole lake from up there and the sun was starting to set at this point so it made it look sooooooooooo cool. I almost had to stop and check it out but i thought that was a bad idea. from there it was down hill all the way to Rathmines where i stopped to check the time ( i did that part in about half an hour)
The sun was disappearing pretty quickly at this point and i didn't have a light so i made my way back fast.
My legs were really burning every time i pushed it up a hill, it felt really good though, like i was giving them a good workout.
I got back in time for the sunset.

I didn't even get enough time to add my stretches before callum pulled me out side for a run.
Made it a short one and took it slow.

i played goalie just to make sure that my knee doesn't start hurting again.
it wasn't realy a workout cause i wasn't doing anything.
( I scared the s**t out of some little kid when i ran out at him, hehe)

I had the NAPLAN test today
it was soooooooooooo boring :(
my story was crap, i hardly got a chance to finnish it

I hope i don't fail.
