same ride as last time except with dad.
a bit of a variation but much the same.
still a hard ride though

a short run in the rain
wasn't going to go but then i thought i'd practice in case it's wet during the x-country.
was pretty cold.

Note

soccer canceled because of the rain and wind :(
now i have to stay at home and do more studying
how fun :(

Ran the beep test twice
didn't get good results though
legs toooo sore :(

got up at 6:30 for a run with dad
bad idea
was still stiff from yesterdays run
had to stop early cause my legs were killing.

Ran around wangi point with glen, and Callum
the wind was sooooooo strong and was blowing straight into our faces with rain as well
it was a good run along the foreshore and some of the track was in the bush. it stopped raining about 5 min. into the run so it wasn't that bad.
it was fairly hilly too so that made it hard on the legs.

Fun though :)
