running 1:30:00 [3] 11.0 km (8:11 / km)

i did the same run as tuesday except with callum and dad.
I was really stiff and sore from the soccer game yesterday and i had a blocked nose and sore throat, which is bad for running.
Which is why i have such a terrible time. I walked at least half of it too so am not very happy with my effort :(
but it was better than not going and it was still good exercise.
I think i rather run by myself, cause then i dont have to worry about other ppl keeping up with me.
in the end i was glad i went :P

soccer (game) 10:10 [4]

We Won 4-2
It was soooooooooooo awesome.
and i scored two goals :)
The field was up at Dungog and was completely covered in mud.
which made it even more fun. The ball kept getting stuck in the mud it was funny as.
So worth traveling the hour and a half.
:D
It was bloody hard running in the mud though.

running (long) 1:00:07 [4] 12.9 km (4:40 / km)

I finally decided that i haven't been doing enough training.
So i went for a long run.
It was really weird running at first, it felt so strange and awkward because i haven't done it in so long, even after i had walked about half a K to warm up.
It was great though and i really enjoyed it.
It got dark pretty quickly and about half of the run was on a bush track so i couldn't see.
I think that's what made it so fun and i it made me run faster as well cause i kept thinking that someone was following me
(shudder) I hate that feeling.
