street orienteering (Long) 38:00 [3] * 4.8 km (7:55 / km)

Ran the first half ok and had no real troubles, but then i over ran a control and lost bout 5 min. After that all good except i over ran another control i think it was 15. stupid cause i spent like 10 seconds looking at it then decided to keep running, such an idiotic thing to do.
dunno if time is correct!!??

street orienteering (Medium) 25:00 [3] *

As soon as i got back Karen told me that everyone was doin the medium. Didn't want to miss out so i went straight out again. Had no problems with it although i did accidently skip number 9 :S so again don't know the time cause i got a DNF :(

Bike Ride 40:00 [5] 15.7 km (2:33 / km)

rode around fishing point and through Rathmines. Took it quite fast.
Intense hills around there. My legs started to hurt at the start but eased off towards the end. Probably because i didnt really stretch before. Good ride.

Just a slow walk/jog with mum and the dog as a warm down

loosen up my legs a bit
feel much better afterwards.

did a shorter run this morning with dad again. Still just as cold as yesterday if not colder, worth getting up for though!!

finally i got out for a run in the morning!!! It's been so long. But it was good except for the fact that it was freezing cold and my hands turned purple. It was a slow jog with my dad, which was a good way to get back into the swing of it. I think I'm gonna make it a daily thing to do: get up at quarter past six and go for a run, It's great.

an ok training session. bit boring though. we verst the team bellow us for fun and they beat us. :( not happy. but they did have four more players than us!!
