We won the semi finals :D YAY!!! 2-1. They nearly caught up to us at the end but we managed to hold them off until full time. It was the hardest game yet and it was really hot. Next week will be harder though, Major semis. The team we have to verse has beaten us twice :S i hope we do well. But if we do make it to the grand finals i won't be able to go: Orienteering training camp is on the same weekend. ahhhhhhhh well.

I think i'm getting the cold or something cause i was up half the night last night sneezing :S gahhh i hate the cold. made me slower today. i am really tired now :(

Just a slow jog along the waterfront, enjoying the nice morning sun. :)

did two warm up laps around the oval and some stretching, a few ball exercises and more running. I enjoyed it!! good preparation for the semi finals this saturday :D

walk turned into a run, i was being chased by my brother, and we managed to walk into a plovers nest so we were getting swooped by them. I hate those birds, they are so aggressive.
Decided not to go for a run today, had a bad day at school and really didn't feel like it :(

Marked out a short route so i could see how fast i can run. Relatively happy with it, but i probably could have gone a bit faster. I also had to stop for a minute due to a massively painful stitch :( not happy bout that. it was at the end though so it was ok.

Discovered a great run from wangi through to arcadiavale and back. Bit of running on the main road but other than that the streets were quiet. Went out to check some bush tracks for my next street-o. A fair few there.
The running was fairly good, my legs were still a bit sore, and at the start i was feeling a bit unfit. It got better after the first few k's. I wasn't going to go out today but i am really glad i did.

Warm down around the school after the run. My arms felt weird for some reason :S fine after the warm down.

strength+ core 20:00 [4]

Decided i could do with a bit of core work. Did leg raises and wall sits and stuff like that: really what ever came into my head at the time. It felt good and i think it helped my legs a bit. They feel a lot better now :)
