didnt do so well today. wasnt running very fast and deffinately wasnt foccusing on what i was doing, i was just kinda wandering along to the controls. what surprised me was tht most of the time i came straight in on the control. but it still made no difference, my ROUTE choice was poor and slow :(

sailing race (morning race) 1:00:00 [2]

such an awesome day for sailing today, eventhough there wasn't much wind to move too fast. but it was great to get out on the water again. decided against going in the afternoon this time, still a bit tired. i ended up coming second, but thats not saying much because there are only three boats of the same class. lots of other boats were out today as well. it was good fun :)

ran about 3.8 km and had to stop cause callums legs started to hurt, so we walked a bit the ran the extra km back home.

Rode up the hill to the bush as a warm up and rode back after a run.

ran around a bush track that i had found. didnt really know where it went just kinda made up a loop to run around. Then i ran back to where i had left my bike and rode home. It was and ok run but my legs got sore again.

i think i need to stretch for longer.

Great to finally get out for a run after ages of doing nothing. Thats not to say that it felt real good: i felt so unfit, i had two stitches for the whole time i was out and my legs just stopped working towards the end of the run. But it was a good course and it wass great to see everyone again. so in the end i was glad i went :) was a good way to get back into things.

body boarding (school sport) 1:30:00 [4]

first day back at school and went to the beach for half of it for sport. it was nice and warm that day but the water was still freezing. spent half the time shivering :S going to the beach was a nice welcome back to Australia :)
But it was very tiring and the jetlag didnt help much either. waves were pretty terrible but it was ok.
