slow, casual jog along the waterfront. Kept telling myself i should be going faster but i just didn't want to. was too relaxed to push myself. i was just enjoying being away from the house :) and it was such a nice evening. .

wind was pretty strong this time and i was on the boat by my self, so was slightly overpowered. But i didn't tip in and managed to come first. It was great fun and fast. a lot better than last week.
only bad thing is my legs are really sore from leaning out the whole time, and i have bruises everywhere!! :)

I didnt do so well today as a whole but my running was pretty good considering my sore calfs from yesterday :P but i ran all the way to the top of the map and back which was an incredibly long way, picked up 30 points but couldn't keep up the speed in the end and lost 6 of them :(
i blame this on the lack of watch!!

a definite rest day due tomorrow :)

needed something to loosen up my legs before. it helped a bit but they were still in a state of slow return.

surf was really choppy and shit, full of white wash. I went out but didnt go far. cold as well. great workout on the calf muscles though.

was planning on running further but my calf muscles were killing from body boarding today, which was annoying. still it was a good run and i didnt have too much trouble. felt alright. I also remembered the street-o was tomorrow and didnt want to kill myself before that. happy with my self for going out today :)

I think i did a bit too much today. . . just slightly!!

dont even know if its worth logging but walked down the street with dad to get credit finally!! :)
it helped my legs out alot after my run so i guess it should be logged.
