One of my friends dad brought my windsurfer up to hawksnest for the day, which was good, and we went windsurfing on Jimmy's Beach. It was pretty awesome and i started to get the hang of it more.

Drove down from Hawksnest to run the street-o, it was probably closer than driving from my house anyway :) It was probably one of my best street-o's. so it was worth the drive. was slightly annoyed cause my upper body was hurting while i was running, which slowed me down, but my legs wanted to run faster!! i think i need to get back into training again.

woke up fairly early and ran down to hawksnest beach before sunrise. ran along from the surf club down to Yakabah Head and over the sand dunes. caught the sun rising between the headland and an island, even saw some dolphins :) it was pretty amazing!! then i ran back along Jimmy's Beach and stopped to push some kids boat into the water (as he was too weak to do it himself :P.. ) then i ran back through the streets to where i was staying. have no idea how far it was but it was hard work along the sand.

Perfect waves!!! went out for a quick session. I am glad i went, cause the waves the next two days were massive.
