well since i didn't run yesterday :/ i decided to make this run worthwhile. It definitely was!! I didn't enjoy it much because half of it was on a main road, hmm. . but i was certainly glad i did run. i feel great now that i have.

This has got to be the best stretching session ever!! only because my legs were so sore after the run and it helped heaps :) and the shower made things even better.

did OK, managed to get 35 points. I probably ran a lot further to get that number of points, but i usually do that anyway :P I really enjoyed running through newcastle, and although there were a lot of people there watching you, they didn't care about what you were doing.
swim at the end was nice too :)
