Ran around Alex's street-o in Newcastle for 60 min. Endured the heat for the first half then had a strong, cool, breeze to run into on the way back.

around wangi. made it down to the oval so i did some of the time running around there. should have tried harder but it just wasn't the day for me to run well!! it was still a good training session.

2 x 5 x 300m. 100m rec. stayed around 60 sec for each.
last lap: 54:48 sec. . so close to that boost :P
really enjoyed doing something different for a change. running on glendale track was great fun as well :)

did the beep test at school in p.e. pretty much owned everyone in the class :P except callum did keep up the pace with me for most of it :) i ended up with 12.8. quite fun actually. .

warm up before street-o. had some strange brain ache :S it was like my whole head was throbbing on and off. It wasn't anything like a normal headache though. It was very strange. and it luckily went away after the ten min.

Best street-o i have ever done!! :) :) it was a really fun course. . i only missed three controls :) i was very pleased with my running today considering that i had the beep test at school. maybe i should do the beep test before a street-o all the time!! haha. great course!! got 46 points :)
