Me and Alex ended up coming second overall!! not a bad result, could have been a win if we didn't stuff up the bush course :/ . . . next year. . .

not happy at all with this course!! it was mainly just number 4 that i stuffed up but it wrecked the rest of the course. out there for more than an hour with no drinks control on a hot day was not much fun either!!

very happy with this run!! got to the last control still thinking i had half a course to go, i had that much energy!! probably from all the chips before :P
went flat out the whole way, felt so good running fast at night :)

x-country practice at school in p.e. tried not to over do it due to park-o in the afternoon.

ran it well and flowed nicely through the controls. didn't have any problems with the navigation. and no Glen, I did not run 3 kilometers off the map like you did for mine!! :P

well done to Glen for setting a good fun course!! i enjoyed it :)

really fun today. was hoping it was hot so i would actually look forward to getting in the water, but it wasn't :( the waves were awesome though and i caught so many. tired me out heaps. .

felt really bad. had stomach pains and two stitches and my legs were so sore from body boarding today :/ but still, i got out and ran so im happy :)

hmm. . another rest day!! it seems that i am quite terrible when it comes to exercise on monday. this at least wasn't my choice. . i wasn't 'ALOUD' to run this arvo. Intervals will have to be on Thursday again :/
