very happy with the run. really pushed hard to keep a constant speed. had to account for a few dumb footballers who couldn't work out that i was running around the track and stood in the middle of the lane!!
great course, ran it well, except i punched a wrong control :/ slightly disappointed but it's only the club event. Ill just have to do well in all the next park-o's.
not happy at all with this course!! it was mainly just number 4 that i stuffed up but it wrecked the rest of the course. out there for more than an hour with no drinks control on a hot day was not much fun either!!
very happy with this run!! got to the last control still thinking i had half a course to go, i had that much energy!! probably from all the chips before :P
went flat out the whole way, felt so good running fast at night :)
