went for a slow cruise on the yacht. . saw the sunset from the middle of the lake, so amazing :) the sky had so many pretty colours :P

school cross country. dont know my exact time so i just put 19:00. came 1st in the school so was pretty pleased with that :) i enjoyed running rather than doing maths and english!!

- warm up: jogged around the school for about 5 then joined Glen around the oval.
- warm down: 10:00 with Glen and Callum

for the first three i only ran sub 2:05
second three were a lot quicker at sub 2:00
had 7:00 rest in between sets.
i was very pleased with the second set, really pushed hard for the last one and definitely felt it.
after doing not much last week it feels great to be back into it :) :)
