first training session since easter. .
5 x 400 m with Glen
aimed for sub 80 sec.
about 2 min recovery in between, so nice and easy for the first session, and since we have x-country tomorrow didnt want to over do it. .

yeuh first training log since easter :S had loads of energy, and just kept running. not the best idea though, i just ended up running all over the place but yuh!! really enjoyed the course and the relatively open bush. :) not sure on my actual distance, probably a lot further than 6.6 km :P . .
