rolled my ankle on the way to number 4, so pretty much walked the rest of the course... only ran up hill cause it didnt hurt as much...
hursts a fair bit now, but im icing it, and resting :) hopefully be able to get back into some more intense training this week.

zone x-country... did not enjoy running it at all, was in pain the whole way. but i still ran kinda well.. which was good :) have no idea on the time, just put down something random o_0 there wasn't as many people in my age group as there were last year, and i think the kid that was my main competition was either not there, or got beaten by me :P haha

first training session since easter. .
5 x 400 m with Glen
aimed for sub 80 sec.
about 2 min recovery in between, so nice and easy for the first session, and since we have x-country tomorrow didnt want to over do it. .
