Run out 35 minutes along Jack Rabbit trail at easy to moderate effort then return at a faster pace, driving on the uphills and recovering on the down.

An awesome long run through Fish Creek from Bebo Grove to Sikome lake, back up north before returning to the grove. Saw a doe and her two fawn then another fawn at the finish just a few feet away. Lots of damage around the lake and felt like a mini bushwack in some areas. Still lots of mosquitos!
