Stretching.
No warm up because all the bikes and treadmills were full, and they've gotten rid of the rower from this gym. But I'd cycled in shortly enough before.

Back Squats 5 * 5 (60kg)
Split Squats 5 * 10 (each leg)
Plank 4 * 1min.

Gym was shockingly full again today. Missed a lecture because of how long I was queueing to get on to a weights stand.

60mins easy.
Out and about. Legs feeling pretty good. Extended version of the 7.5km loop.
Normal Asics manky from the weekend, so brought out some retired ones.
