Was still not planning on running but also wanted some fresh air and didn’t have time for a cycle so did a short ankle test. Surprisingly positive - felt fairly all good on the flat. Felt like it would hurt on anything remotely not flat but that’s okay. Both ant tibs tight - the beauty of twisting both is that it feels unclear which is the bad one right now.
