not great run- felt quite tired and was therefore very slow..

Mistakes:
1) 30secs- came very quickly.. not into map or scale yet
2) bit slow and not sure of entry
3) 1min- not sure of route + couldnt find entry point into green
4) spiked
5) 20secs- missed entry again!
6) spiked
7) 3mins- right beside it but couldnt pinpoint it- not sure of green part here
8) little slow caught in brambles
9) 3mins- could they have hidden this control any better? dont think so
10) 20secs- slightly off- David Healy passes me
11) butterfly meant i'd already been here
12) spiked- behind David Healy :)
13) spiked- and he's gone :)
14) spiked- saw him good bit ahead
15) spiked- butterfly again

18) 15secs- stopped just short

Mistakes: 10mins- 8.30mins from 4 mistakes lots of small things mainly cos of map otherwise.. still not even sure for some of the bigger ones but ah well.. and the map is definately way better than it was a couple of months ago!

started planning the Phoenix Park Night-O/ Local Event in february last night- i'm startin to think that a long x-c leg is pretty much unavoidable

gonna swap tomorrows rest with todays strength and run as knee is bit worse now.. walkin is awkward enough never mind strength + conditioning and running

up on 3rock was bit shorter Niall's lift was at 8.35 + we started real late
i was bit tired in places but generally good and intentionally slow

towards the end though had a wee fall.. :(
knee kinda split open.. think i could see knee cap unsure though
it didnt hurt though just looked really bad- blood all over the shop.. i still cycled home

wasnt sure i'd last all 6 of them but legs held up ok and didnt get that tired
