Had planned longer, to begin the Saunders prep, but poor boy is still under the weather.

Down past the airport, and along the strandhill dunes with Róisín.
Lovely, lovely out. Very nice run.

Lovely run. Most enjoyable.
Did a small loop by myself at the end by the runway.

Smooth through the first section. Scrappier from 10 on for the next few. Shocking for 19-22, and chilled in.
Very enjoyable.

Some extra distance with James for a bit, and then solo.

Did the lions recovery in the sea.
Good for the calves, but didn't last long 'cos I'm not a lion.
