generally feeling better since the weekend, but still a bit ill.
Intended on doing an evening jog but got home late and was just a bit lazy.
will assess this week as it goes, see how I'm feeling, not so much pressure on miles.

JEC Long M20 (spectator race)

Ran around but was immediately obvious that I was in no state for it. Wheezed my way up towards 4, and watched JLeitch go right by. Faffing on route to 4, 7, 8, leaving 10 I got windfelled proper style. Mikey caught me, and I put in a little more effort for a couple of controls.
But I messed it on 14 & 15, in the green, and ambled home.
Seemed a nice enough area, but windfell was a shame in spots.

going fine, peeled off very early, but still fecked on the way home.

HWUAC - 3 * 1mile, followed by 1km, and ~900m, off 90s rest.

I've come down with the cold everyone seems to have in the last 2 days, but wrapped up and decided to train hard anyway.

Started alright, but was really struggling on the 3rd mile, and was going to skip the next rep, but conveniently the guys needed a bathroom break so got a huge break and was alright to do the last 2 reps again, but took them easier.

Times: 5:34, 5:31, 5:39, 3:20, 3:04
