Puntered round the JHI M18 course

Moving alright mostly, but had a nightmare on 3, somehow binning 5mins. Felt the map was a bit dodgy in here and on 4, but I was well off on my mistake before the question marks so.
Got around, had some other smaller things, but nothing major.
Expected to be behind the juniors of course after my shocker, but turns out probably would have been a minute or two down on Felly & Finlay anyway, eeek.

gutted I lost the map data because I don't actually know where I went on the way back, and it was a nice track.

Have to make a note of turning off 1sec recording if I won't be uploading for a few days because the garmin can't store much data obviously.
Was gutted to have the same issue for the mournes day 1 & lots over the summer

FWTN #1 - edinburgh city
started quick enough, struggling to plan ahead, but clean enough. Made a hames of 11 by going down to 12 first somehow, realised and corrected, but over a minute dropped.
Was messy from here on in and slowed down instead to keep a bit cleaner.
Good fun, looking forward to some forest.

first trip out, and a damn good day for it, gorgeous running conditions, what a spot.

was late for DVC, took a punt on killingfields & got lucky, but apparently it's always there.

EUOC session
fartlek threshold reps sort of thing, 1min, 2, 3, 4, 3, 2, 1, off 2min floats.
moving alright. Running mostly with andrew barr. Not much floating, mostly crawling.
Didn't fartlek the session so well, but probably a bit more threshold than the front group at least.

jog back with Will, Dan, Sasha & the norwegians.
v easy, but left calf a little tight, and right foot a little something.

generally feeling better since the weekend, but still a bit ill.
Intended on doing an evening jog but got home late and was just a bit lazy.
will assess this week as it goes, see how I'm feeling, not so much pressure on miles.
