Rathfarnham 5k
Knew I ain’t in shape, and certainly ain’t done any work for a 5k. Gave it a good go though to test the shape. Could be a lot worse.
Been a very very lazy week, but ankle feeling much better. Might get back on the wagon now and give some xc and a few other races a good crack.

the boy is doing alright in the 12 week - 50k challenge. God knows the punishment is unpleasant.

walked up hellfire, and really easy jogged down with clo.

unfortunately ankle has been threatening a bit again recently, and now after the mournes can really feel it back to quite sore and very restrictive, as with before the summer.
May have to take some more time off, but may get away with just avoiding the hills, I'll get back on the conditioning and suss it out.
