Medium long run with Brian, up kippure from the reservoirs and then back down bog road. Clo & eadaoin had done standard bog road out and back and we saw met them coming down as we went up.
Nice run, nice portion of terrain, nice trails up that I repeatedly forget how to find. And a lovely seat in the middle of the bog not far from the main trail up. Had a nice sit down there.

Struggled to get a sense of how hard I was / should be going solo.
Set off ~2mins down on the leader and lost a further 2mins. Nobody behind for miles, and TT Racer’s last 2 legs were too good for ours anyway.
Team 2nd and good fun.
