Lovely long run with Brad, planned by lorrieq.
Horribly net-uphill though. Mist set in as we hit summit 1, and our printed route map didn’t quite help us through it. After a mistake on an unmapped ridge up to summit 2, and some scrambling through the general rockiness things got slowed down a good bit, but still a lovely run and ticked off a few nice summits.

Absolute scramble up some cliffs. Good fun until it got sketch and we inevitably had to turn back and take another route. Down-climb took years.

8x 400 with Rathfarnham.
Not quite enough motivation to do a solo session these days so wandered down to rathfarnham and hopped in for whatever they were doing, which was lots of 400s. I was a bit late so did 7 with Brian F, and then one solo at the end.
Happy not to work too hard, but progressed nicely and was decent enough, think the loop might be a fraction long.

Times: 80, 78, 78, 76, 76, 77, 74, 75.
