Long run round the woods with James & Lucy. Lovely outing, still shite weather though, has been the last few days.
Calf still has some tightness, but not really noticing it, it's pretty minor. Not loading it much the last few days has let it recover a bit, but I should really have found more time for foam roller etc to fully resolve it. Will have to try to do so the next few days. This week I'll begin to try and get strength related stuff going again.

OUCCC - 1mile [90”], 6x 90”[60”], 1mile.
Groups are in 6 or less at the moment, tagged along with a group, but it was most of the strong guys, so I drifted off the back early. Still, think I kept it fairly consistent and knew not to go too hard and blow up. Solid session, definitely forced to work more with others around even if I wasn’t actually with them. This will do me good, no doubt.
Wore the Roclites as it was wet out and reckoned the pitches could be slippery, was a good shout. The others there were mostly wearing inov8s or VJs which was a big surprise to me.
