Some o-intervals on Dundurn. Have had this map of Dundurn lying around our flat for months, not really sure where from, and it has looked nice. Can’t be certain, but I think the map is courtesy of Benedict Stansfield. And the way things lined up today (off work for an interview), figured worth going up. Ran the middle from the Christmas Cup, and split it into o-intervals. 4 intervals.
Technique didn’t feel amazing, but good at times, and mostly getting away with it during the other times. Really struggling to plan ahead, I think a result of being a little distracted, but coming into some controls without even knowing my utgång. Not quite in the frame of mind to push which I think didn’t help the orienteering. 3x 30sec mistakes of note. Nice map, lots of fun.

Carnethy reps
Took it pretty easy to start, we had 1 rep where we were running to the next start at the start so was carrying my jumper (don't know why I had it). After that worked a bit harder and built into it nicely. Working hard with Tim on the last rep. Then some jogging about after.

Still a bit ill, but it's improved enough today that I could go jog around and spectate the handicap with Dash & Tim. Fun watching, not as fun as racing, but we'll take it. Good to be on the up and a nice evening as always.
Woke up too ill to run again, but wasn't gonna pull out of 5 aside. Mostly just sat at the back cos I was pretty dead. it was a bad decision in the end because I felt god-awful later in the evening.
