Note

MNOC Rogaine: I got in to some burrs in my ultralight O pants. Ran with them for about 5 hours, trying to pull them out. If I would have known what they were doing to my legs, I think I would have gone without pants.

This is Christian's GPX file, so it doesn't represent my heart rate data.

A fun event in some tough woods. My inability to properly train this summer showed, but Christian played the work horse and really pulled me along.

Woods were thick and you really had to make a choice between pain from bashing trees, or a more moderate pace. I think we opted for the latter most of the race.

Not sure whether our southerly route was the best. The option of going south does create a little extra distance when you head back west to the finish.

I think we will claim one of the longest O legs of the year with our 6.54 k between our 18th and 19th control.
