Running 20:00 [2]
(injured) shoes: Nike - Moto +5

Ran a quick tour around Rushcutters Bay between arm sets. Felt good, might even say that I felt 'light'.

Misc (Bands) 25:00 [1]
(injured)

Band work focusing on my shoulder. First time out with Francis. He was great, pointed me in the right direction.

Riding - Wind Trainer 20:00 [3]
(injured)

Standard after work ride. Felt good, pushed a slightly harder gear. Cooler again tonight which helped. I think this morning's effort left me a bit tired but it's just good to push it (don't worry, push just a little).

Riding - Wind Trainer 20:00 [3]
(injured)

Planned on rolling a 30 minute session. Managed 20 and was smashed. Held a constant 85 cadence at 25km/h. Not too bad but hoped for better. I'll try for another 20 minutes tonight.

Note

Seeing the hand specialist then heading to the office for the first time in 7 weeks. Feeling tired - body and mind. Will be in the office for a half day.

Riding - Wind Trainer 20:00 [2]
(injured)

Another 20 minutes at 75 - 80 cadence. Was nice, felt better than this morning. Maybe because it was a little cooler.

Running (Jog) 45:45 [2] 4.75 km (6.2 kph)
(injured) shoes: Nike - Moto +5

First run back from my busted shoulder & arm. Ran out to Macquarie's Chair, up the stairs 10 times (5 times too many) and back. Run out - Fine. Stairs - Fine. Run back - Impossibility difficult. Arm and should felt fine. Actually, they felt like nothing at all. This is a good thing.
