Nice, easy paddle. Arm felt good, just a little stiff but a few stretches along the way did the trick. Decided to turn back after only a short while as I could feel my arm tiring and knew the wind was in our faces on the way back. Could've done another 10-15 minutes in the end.

Suffered. Sounds odd but I slept too well last night and couldn't get in to it this morning. No focus. Mind and eyes were all over the show.

Tougher gear and held it for 20 minutes. Could really feel it. Might try this again. Left hand sweats way more than the right. For the first time it felt good changing gear. Still a little slippery when on the hoods but should be okay when I have gloves on.
