Distance estimated. Ran to Rushcutters and back with James. Stopped for a wee plyometrics session when we got there (different entry). On the way home I felt like lead, so we stopped and did 10 Potts Point stairs. James abused me during the plyometrics session. I abused him on the stairs. We're even.
