Started off solid, then faded. Lungs and heart were fine, my legs ended up heavy after 6-7km. Still, nice when you can go out hard and battle through a run on a nice morning.

Home > Work. After the run and wind trainer I thought I'd be heavier. The few hills were tough, but not too much of a grind. I MIGHT have broken the back of the lack of fitness. We'll see.
