Work > home via the ANZAC bridge. Started the Victoria road section with a younger guy, he really turned on the speed. Stuck with him the whole way, was pleased.

Finding it hard to keep my heart rate down, although I know that's what I need to do. Turned into an easy spin while watching a movie. Now that's civilised wind training!
