Rolled a Centennial ride with Jeff. We did the hill three times in a row which was all very new and wonderful. By 'wonderful' I actually mean, it was wonderful. Each time I got into a rhythm quickly and managed to pull clear when Jeff dropped into the smaller ring. We weren't racing, I was just pleased to be able to keep the pressure on for three loops.

Home > work. Took a slightly longer route. It was a nice change. I felt good, not strong, but relaxed.

Had a shocker. Was going okay for the first ten minutes then bonked, bad. Got all wobbly and retarded so got off and ate instead of finishing the last 23 minutes. I'm finding that if I don't eat before doing anything, regardless of how long/hard, I run out of gas 20 minutes in.
