Akuna Bay/Duffy's loop. I was tired. My legs protested every revolution.

Riding with Rob. Not the best ride. I'm heavy, lines are no good and two flats. No flow to be found on some stunning trails.

Turns out Gordi's 'slow/easy/casual' speed aligns nicely with my 'oh my god that's fast as sh*t' speed. Balmoral to near Manly.
