Not the best ride, but a ride all the same. Centennial loop with Jeff. Found my legs heavy from the get-go. It was tough, but on such a stunning morning all was well.

Run with Aja to the Bay steps and back. Nice morning, just a little cool to start.

Quick paddle into the bay. It was flatter than I'd ever seen it so made the time. It was well worth it.
