squat 3 x 5 (2 at 70 last at 75kg) def want this over 100kg

press 3 x5 37.5 seem to be going down hill on all the overhead stuff, press is less, pullups are harder and push press is lower this is uber lame

powerclean 3 x 5 50kg

waited about 20mins then

1 dl @70kg (deadlift meant to be at 80% of 5rm max)

managed 6 rounds dead, this was tough, especially the pulups had to do the damm things jumpingwas lame since they were meant to be weighted

bouldering down at uni forgot how hard this was, was good enjoyed it. Need more practice though
