3x1 mile, CU XC course. A little alarmed when I saw the first split was 7:57, but pretty quickly realized I had hit "start/stop" instead of "lap" as I crossed the start line. Then decided I sort of liked not having it timed, so did the same thing on the next two, using the watch to only time the intervals, not the miles. (So as with every other workout logged here at 10:00/mile, the time is completely made up since it's a mandatory field.)
