t was the inter area realays i was beating rona for a bit but then i mucked up four. i also mucked up 11 when i thought i was looking for a bolder not a building and all the barbecueing people put me of so i went thorugh all the nettles looking for it.

It was the scottish schools i came second behind Karen by 13 seconds not much but its kl i made a couple of mistakes mainly with route choice because i shoukld have just taken simple routes but i triend to be smart and toulk complicated ones.

I felt really ill so i duffed up a lot. i made one big mistake in a pit that i always miss because of the long grass but i have it memorised now.

For the first half i was with willy doing spees work we did 2 100s
4 80s and 6 60s after the hugest warm up ever that lasted almost half an hour. I felt like i was pushing harder on my right foot which was weird but oh well i fixed it. I mainly felt that in the funny technique excersises. Im getting the hang of shoving my hips out not my head wen im determined.
